After a while of listening regularly, I’m finding too many of these serve as just an advertisement marketing the guest’s current employer, new book, or project. It has great promise, but unfortunately too many feature guests saying the same things, e.g. our program does it best, staffing is our biggest challenge, tech use will substantially increase & we’ll use it better than others (doing more for more people with less cost yet higher quality), diversity is a good thing, etc.
