  • Thankful for Leah

I love listening to Leah every week and recommend her to anyone who is having health concerns. I discovered her from a catholic podcast and also when I was first diagnosed with fibroids which were causing very painful periods. Since I’ve been listening to her and following her recommendations my periods have been much better. I am 50 years old and I am no longer thinking of having a hysterectomy. Thank you Leah!

Can your skincare cause hormonal acne?
Q: Can we first start with self-diagnosing supplements and then you end up on making things worse because you see so-and-so using a supplement and you think it's great?
Yes, it's risky to self-diagnose and follow what others do; it's better to test and tailor with labs and professional guidance because supplements can impact hormones in complex ways.
