  • Like chatting with a good friend!

I absolutely love listening to Leah! Not only is she entertaining and engaging but she is absolutely brilliant!! The ideas she brings are simple but it’s like when I’m talking to a friend who’s like “hey reminder because I love you, please support your foundations!!” Have also learned so much from Leah because I’m an absolute nerd and also someone who says “BUT TELL ME WHY?” so I love her deep dives into the science behind hormones. All in all this podcast is AMAZING and I hope she never quits ... more

I’m officially that holistic, functional health geek in the friend group because of how much this podcas... more

    …esp for women.

I absolutely love Leah’s podcast, and have learned and been able to pass on to many others, the innumerable helpful gems of nutritional information, holistic tips, and insights into a woman’s hormonal cycle. I wish I had known about so much of this decades ago! But I figured implementing things now is certainly better than never. Leah has a wonderful, carefree, but convicted spirit; always open to learning new things. It’s refreshing to listen to her, and I also love her choice... more
