  • Liz and this podcast continues to be on my must-listen list!!

I’ve been following Liz since the early BB days. I have Eat the Yolks and the skin guide too. I’m now catching up on your new BB solo episodes. 417 is by far my favorite so far! You can’t go wrong listening to this podcast if you’re into health and nutrition. BUT more importantly, listen if you feel like you’re a quirky woman who has wants to find your tribe and live your best life. It’s right here!! 🥰

  • A MUST LISTEN TO PODCAST

I’ve been following Liz for years before I actually met her! What a gem. She is an amazing host and interviewer. You have to give ALL of her episodes a listen! She is the real deal and her guests are always so thoughtfully selected. 🙌

  • Liz is great by herself. Michelle Shapiro uptalking every three words, and cutting Liz off repeatedly to go on lin-winded rants makes those episodes utterly unlistenable. They will be immediately skipped going forward.

  • JUST LISTEN TO THIS PODCAST

Liz is a phenomenal host! She asks great questions and pulls key, actionable take-aways for her listeners. She has a variety of world-class guests. I was fortunate enough to be able to go and talk about my upcoming book “Meditation for the Real World” and it was a lovely experience. Liz simply exudes kindness and authenticity. I will be a continued subscriber and listener!
