Guys, this is literally my favourite podcast now. Every time I feel like watching a podcast I need to check to see if Anna has a new podcast because every single one is just so good. Thanks for doing what you do Anna! ❤️
Listened to a few espisodes, but was hoping for unbiased scientific approach. After a few espisodes, I quickly realized that their political/ religious views were skewing the information provided, so I quit listening.
So grateful I came across Anna’s Instagram and podcast as I my husband & I are preparing our bodies to have our first baby. I am learning so much and Anna is so sweet and smart!
Love this podcast! It’s so informative, helpful, & inspiring. Keep it up, Anna!! 💕
the best! anna brings authenticity that’s hard to find and content that’s actually real and grounded. in a podcasting world that’s become an echo chamber of the same products and press cycles it’s refreshing to find back to basics instead
