    My desperate podcast content search led me to Charlotte yesterday. I was immediately calmed by her voice, her even pace of delivery, and her content. If you, like me, thought it was impossible to get away from « bro » style wellness content, please give Charlotte a listen as she is the antithesis of what I consider to be negative wellness advice.
