My desperate podcast content search led me to Charlotte yesterday. I was immediately calmed by her voice, her even pace of delivery, and her content. I’m not a yoga or enlightenment person , but I love the psychology aspects of this show and how unusual Charlottes perspectives are on things that I have been trying to unpack. She’s helped me untangle some things I struggle with. I have recommended this show to friends as well.
