Hallo
I’m going through perimenopause and feel quite anxious about this whole transition.
The calm and assertive reassurance of Dr Vaidyia has been so reassuring and comforting!!!
To receive so much detailed guidance to follow gives tools and empowers us to be on the driver’s side, as you mentioned.
Thank you so so much for creating this space!!!
It’s so healing!!!
Very grateful!!!
This is such a great podcast! I appreciate the wealth of knowledge, the special guests, and the host’s ability to distill ancient wisdom down to understandable information. Great job, Colette!
Thank you, for bringing Ayurveda’s knowledge to us.
Colettes podcasts are so informative. I have been practicing Ayurveda for nearly 4 years and have received education from various sources in other podcasts. Nothing compares to Colettes presentation, intellect, knowledge and the breath of her guests. I listen every day and look forward to more and more episodes.
A favorite podcast I’ve always looked forward to. I’ve have listened to all of the back episodes. I agree with Colette (and Amy’s) politics, just don’t want to hear it in an Ayurveda podcast. I go to my Ayurveda podcasts as a refuge from my political podcasts, not to hear more of it. If you skip certain episodes (with hardly any mention of Ayurveda) it’s brilliant, inspirational and filled with Ayurveda advice.
