I’ve been loving all the episodes of this podcast, but particularly adore the episode with Mish. While I’ve never experienced flash backs or forwards the convo around compound stress and the intersectionality between race, culture, gender identity, neurodivergence etc is such a rich discussion that I loved learning more about.
Bri’s interview style is incredibly entertaining. I’ve found myself laughing aloud, relating, feeling seen, and learning. Recommending this to all my clients.
