Each episode feels like a cuppa with someone a few steps ahead on the journey (who’s tripped over it a few times). We talk honestly about it all, with laughter, tasteful swearing, and lots of self-compassion. This isn’t about fixing yourself. It’s about understanding your brai... more

  • Best ever!

I’ve been loving all the episodes of this podcast, but particularly adore the episode with Mish. While I’ve never experienced flash backs or forwards the convo around compound stress and the intersectionality between race, culture, gender identity, neurodivergence etc is such a rich discussion that I loved learning more about.
