I love the sound design of this show. The stories personalize bigger issues and take the approach of solutions oriented journalism, showing us case studies and testimonies of what people are doing to combat climate change and injustice in their local communities. This new season is beautiful.
Couldn’t listen while driving because I couldn’t see through my tears.
Love that this podcast addresses how climate change affects indigenous peoples and that it is women centric. Very well done and informative.
The first thing that popped into my head listening to the first episode is Keb’ Mo’s “Put A Woman In Charge”. Grace Lynch will both slay and soften this subject through her brilliant perspective and thought process.
And now on to another subject about how and what kids will learn or not learn in school according to Texas. I’m surprised I’m not surprised having been told by the generation behind me that we have it all wrong. Who knew TX has influenced what kids learn now? Sigh.
Excellent storytelling featuring voices not often featured on climate change, but who are very much working for progress in their communities. Can't wait to hear more!
