Doug is an awesome host and comes from a unique perspective (artist, gallery owner, and collector), allowing him to approach his guests from a various angles.

I appreciate to discover those podcasts. As a young artist in New York it is always good to hear from others experiences. Thank you Artists network! I already listened to the first one with Hunt, and I am ready to listen the entire season. During painting time, in my studio in Lower East side, it’s a great way to get inspired, just by imagination on what the narrator is talking about. Yes dreams never expired! This podcast has ironed out so many existential and everyday quagmires I run into as an artist just beginning to start her own business. The artists are diverse in their areas of work and perspectives. There is no pretension in this podcast, which I absolutely love.
It would be really neat to listen to a self-taught artist at some point (asking for a friend) or an episode on the benefits of attending art school and finding the one best for you.

It’s been especially inspiring for my work during the pandemic; I’m not able to have shows or spend much time with fellow artists, but Art Bound helps compensate for that with its highly relatable conversations regarding the artistic process.
