    I’ve been experiencing fatigue, unexplained weight gain as well as some other symptoms and my doctor has been unable to help. Listening to this podcast is helping me understand ways I can help myself and I also had a one hour call with Monica. In it, she made me feel so heard and I finally got some idea of what may be going on and how I can fix it.
