If you've never been to a convention, this show will really get you up to speed and ready to take on your first con. However, if you're a convention veteran, then you'll still find new things in this show (and can even contribute your own con reports via voice mail). This show is a must watch EVERY MONDAY for me and I love having old episodes playing on TV while working on my new cosplay!
