Happy to give the first actual review instead of another 5-star review that’s requested by the hosts at show opening and closing. Arrogance on full display the entire episode. It’s clear they bounce around and start YouTube/podcasts anew because their previous exploits have fizzled out after they get past the stage of getting new listeners to sign up for credit cards with their referral links. Don’t give these people the time of day and avoid anything with Gunnar’s name attached to it.
That Gunnar guy is funny!
The Thrifty Traveler Podcast experience is like sitting around a table with travel industry professionals who are casually discussing the newest trends and deals over coffee (okay, maybe over drinks; I’m not mad that they mention adult beverages often). TT is casual listen that doesn’t require note-taking, but delivers golden nuggets along the way. I’m a fan of their service and will keep their pod in my regular rotation.
I love this podcast! It’s like diving into the deep end of points and miles but with floaties. The hosts are down to earth, funny, and share realistic travel stories that actually feel doable. It’s the perfect poolside listen, entertaining, informative, and no risk of drowning in complicated jargon. Highly recommend if you want to laugh while leveling up your travel game!
Love this podcast! Look forward to every episode!! Clear, consistent, helpful messaging with some humor thrown in. So glad you started this up!
