Start with this podcast but go deeper by taking his course. Controlling anger is not that complex. I was amazed how quickly I began to change my behavior. The course allowed me to move at my own speed and to review lessons as necessary. The zoom session help me gain insight from others. The Podcast has become my weekly review and reminder.
