Just started listening to this podcast and found it super helpful. He does try a bit to sell you on his paid program. Im sure its a great program if you need it. Lots of practical tips. Its an important issue for many people and honestly very helpful
Disappointed by the promise of this podcast that wasn’t delivered. Gives a few bits of advice each podcast but mostly advertises his free course that I know don’t trust is free due to the undelivered promise of this podcast
I listened to 60 episodes from the beginning and although I think there’s some really good ideas here, the delivery really falls short. Mr. Duhs is the very definition of a shill. More than half of each episode is like an infomercial, with him endlessly plugging his website. He also constantly denounces and discourages traditional psychotherapy even though he is uneducated in the field and unlicensed and so therefore is not an expert (as the disclosure in every episode states).
