  • Perfect for Fatties

A great podcast for fat loss, not too much PhD mumbo-jumbo.

  • Awesome podcast. Ethan does a great job providing evidence and considering and providing nuanced perspectives to issues. One of the few Hollywood folk I'd love to meet and do a workout with. Keep it up man!

  • Questionable?

The show with the guy promoting his 3x bar should frankly be pulled off the air. Putting aside the product placement, and the fact that he is a pretty terrible interviewee, he’s downright dangerous. If you want to promote disordered eating, this guy and his 20 grams max of carbs is your man. Seriously? Counting the carbs in chimichurri sauce? No thanks. I will try some other episodes, but man,

    Not a good look

  • One of the best ones out there

Been listening off and on and honestly, I haven’t come across a bad episode yet. There’s a lot of good discussions especially around GLP-1’s, which I have an interest in and help me understand things better.

  • Best information on health and weight loss

I’ve always admired Ethan’s acting and roles. He always came across so authentic. A couple years ago I found American Glutton podcasts. Listened for years now. For him to overcome 550 lbs to becoming a super hero looking guy-amazing. My heaviest was 262 and I’m down to 175(40yo female). It’s my goal not to be skinny but healthy and muscular-but still feminine-maybe 140 or 150lbs… we’ll see. I relate to his being uncomfortable in his skin no matter what weight. These podcasts help stay focused!
