Been listening off and on and honestly, I haven’t come across a bad episode yet. There’s a lot of good discussions especially around GLP-1’s, which I have an interest in and help me understand things better.
I’ve always admired Ethan’s acting and roles. He always came across so authentic. A couple years ago I found American Glutton podcasts. Listened for years now. For him to overcome 550 lbs to becoming a super hero looking guy-amazing. My heaviest was 262 and I’m down to 175(40yo female). It’s my goal not to be skinny but healthy and muscular-but still feminine-maybe 140 or 150lbs… we’ll see. I relate to his being uncomfortable in his skin no matter what weight. These podcasts help stay focused!
I enjoyed this show for quite a while but that Tom Segura episode? Woof dude. Not a good direction.
