Ever been afraid to read the Bible because there were parts you couldn’t understand. We were, but then we realized Jesus’ apostles didn’t understand much of what he said either. They were amazed and perplexed. When they shared Jesus with others, those people were amazed and perplexed too. Join us as we look at what amazes and perplexes us about Jesus. Doubt, questions and wonder are all welcome.

Jason and Conner are amazing. And this format, to simply ask what amazes and what perplexes us is so simple… and simultaneously so deep!
Candid and genuine, this podcast fills the hole that I find in the vast majority of Christian teaching. It is refreshing to hear two spiritual leaders take the approach of "what can we learn from this and what can we learn from eachother" rather than teaching from their own ego and egotisctical beliefs about scripture and theology. Thank you for what you guys do!
Connor and Jason have a great gift of speaking deep truths through casual conversation. Greatly enjoy this podcast and highly recommend.

A thought-provoking, faith-forward show that explores what amazes and perplexes about Jesus, inviting doubt, questions, and curiosity into everyday belief. Episodes reframe biblical passages through practical themes like doubt, hunger for meaning, ritualism vs. heart, and faith in action, often anchored in personal ministry experiences and questions from Scripture. The format tends to feature open, candid conversations between co-hosts as they wrestle with hard questions, highlight humility, and aim for practical faith that applies to real life. A standout aspect is its willingness to challenge traditional assumptions while keeping a welcoming tone for listeners who are navigating belief and doubt.
