Absolutely loved this episode. Although high ranking in her field she is incredibly relatable and has engineered great change at M&S. I have been an M&S customer of over 50 years and love what she has done. Great conversation.
A fav in my podcast library great guests who are interesting and talented - it’s a great listen !
Nothing against Donna Air and I thought she was great in The Split. it’s fair to say that when we move to another part of the country, it can take the edge off a regional accent. It’s happened to me. But Jesus!! Yah, yah for yes is just too much.

I think Amanda’s interview technique with her guests is wonderful. She’s one of the few podcasters that keeps the conversation about her guest and not herself which is so often the case. The style snippets and interviews and wonderful and it’s incredibly inspiring. Keep them coming thick and fast please. I love listening.
