AJR honestly kinda saved my life. The very song I ever heard was ‘Weak’ and I feel in love instantly. They’re songs have so much meaning to me and I relate to almost everyone of their songs. I can’t wait for they’re very new album “TMM”. Thank you, you three for saving some poor souls life. I love you guys and I can’t wait to listen to your podcast! 💙❤️💚

  • I like AJR

When I first heard about AJR having a Podcast I do not believe it then I saw it and I love it. I’ve listen to every single one of their songs for absolutely no reason and that’s why I love them. (This is dumb. Why did I make this?)

Talking Points

Recent interactions between the hosts and their guests.

Tracking Tissue Injury in Takotsubo Syndrome
Q: What role could AI-driven analysis play in differentiating Takotsubo from myocardial infarction or other pathologies?
The guest discusses exploring AI and radiomics to identify LGE patterns unique to Takotsubo, including diffuse low-level LGE versus bright infarct patterns, potentially aiding non-contrast or suboptimal-image scenarios.
Tracking Tissue Injury in Takotsubo Syndrome
Q: How soon should you get that first MRI, and does the timing impact the detection of LGE in Takotsubo?
The guest notes that timing is practical and variable, with the paper reporting an average around five days, but acknowledges this wasn't a longitudinal design and timing may affect LGE detection.
Tracking Tissue Injury in Takotsubo Syndrome
Q: Okay. And do you think that coronary angiography definitely has to be done to rule out myocardial infarction, or are there instances where radiologists could feel confident diagnosing Takotsubo syndrome with just an MRI?
The interviewer asks about diagnostic sequencing, and the guest emphasizes that MRI alone is not ideal as a first test; an invasive cath with angiography is typically pursued to quickly rule out infarction, while MRI is used after initial ACS workup to clarify indeterminate cases.
Endoscopic Skull Base Surgeries
Q: What two or three elements should always be mentioned in preoperative skull-based reports?
Describe the lesion's relationship to adjacent neurovascular structures, note any vascular variants or prior reconstructions, and consider potential visceral or extra-cranial extensions that affect the surgical plan.
Endoscopic Skull Base Surgeries
Q: How did you think about the scope of the article given its complexity?
We aimed to keep the narrative practical for readers, focusing on bridging radiology with surgical planning and providing clear, actionable guidance rather than overwhelming detail.
