  • Not fit, don’t work out

It’s amazing how much they judge and identify folks by how “unfit” they are. I am handicapped and unfortunately went from being an athlete to now fall into that unfit category.

You two are made for each other….glad I can choose not to listen to you.

Love listening to these every week. I’m here for the consistent messaging around good information based on science and not trends… but also for all the Alex and Meredith conversations about life.

  • Best life podcast

I have been listening to this podcast for years and I love how easy to listen and digestible this podcast is. A mix of extremely relatable and funny stories with science based nutrition and fitness. Nothing that tries to force down your throat “THIS WILL SAVE YOUR LIFE” however all the simple lessons they give (that aren’t easy to sell) over the years have made me feel “this will save your life”
