I absolutely love The Afternoon Snack. I look forward to each episode and can’t wait for one of my weekly drives out to Banff or up the QEII to dive into an episode interruption free. Thanks for letting us share a small piece of your world, you make the rest of our worlds brighter by doing so!
Nicely done. Loved every minute of it.
I’ve been listening to The Afternoon Snack for a while now, and it continues to challenge, inspire, and educate me every week. The conversations are honest and empowering — especially for anyone passionate about growth, health, and self-awareness.
It’s amazing how much they judge and identify folks by how “unfit” they are. I am handicapped and unfortunately went from being an athlete to now fall into that unfit category.
You two are made for each other….glad I can choose not to listen to you.
Love the podcast! Level-headed information and advice in confusing times. The latest episodes I’ve noticed Alex’s mic is acting up; might want to look into that!
