From Setbacks to Success: Journey to Nanny of the Year with Angela Johnson Sutherland
Q: Can you give us like a five years back, where were you and what happened and how things progressed?
Five years back in 2017, I got hurt at work. The doctor told me that I needed to quit. I was sad and grieving but pushed myself to stay in the community and find opportunities to work with kids.
The Transformative Power of Everyday Play with Annie Delaney
Q: What is the easiest way for a caregiver to approach the idea of using the app or a tool like that without it backfiring?
Education for parents is necessary, emphasizing that child development is not about creating Pinterest crafts, but rather about simple, effective interactions during play.
