Russ is a real human being, talking to you rather than talking at you. He’s genuine and fun, and there’s always something useful in every episode.
Russ is the real deal. An authentic and creative human who is dedicating his life to helping others with ADHD. I always learn something useful from Russ and get to laugh at the same time.

His relatable approach makes it feel like you’re listening to a friend who truly understands. He shares personal experiences without making it all about himself, offering practical advice that actually helps.
