In my mid 40s only very recently diagnosed by my therapist this is the first ADHD podcast I ever listened to the first episode ever as I begin reading and exploring what the hell this means. While, everyoneās experience of ADHD is different Itās so reassuring to hear all his experiences and know that yes you are actually kind of normal within this specific context. Thank you you wonderfully weird beautiful people.
Laura is pushing for systemic change to better support ADHDers whilst bringing visibility to their stories, especially those with late diagnoses. She brings her own brand of humor, a ferocity for justice, and a wide open heart. The world would be a better place with more Lauras in it!

I cannot recommend this podcast highly enough. Laura Mears-Reynolds brings such warmth, humour, and authenticity to every episode as she explores the wild and wonderful world of late-diagnosed ADHD.
I just listened to the most awesome and fabulous chat with your ADHD bestie.
This had me in stitches partly because bits of it reminded me if the hangover movie but also because i could relate to a lot of your mad experiences š. Friendships between other ADHDāRS can be so authentic and honest because the other person just gets you and its so much more comfortable as you allow yourself to unmask without even being conscious of it, that's how I witnessed your friend ship while listening.
