今回は、メンタルコーチからの素朴な質問をきっかけに、1型糖尿病の人が毎日どんなことをしているのかを話しました。血糖値を測り、食事や運動を調整し、体調を見ながら判断を重ねる。その積み重ねは、実は高度な自己管理の連続です。仕事や学校生活にも活かせる力であり、栄養管理の知識や習慣も一般の人以上に身についていることが多くあります。「自分は毎日すごいことをやっているんだ」と、少しでも自信を持ってもらえたらうれしい回です。

それは、1型糖尿病の生活を少しラクに、少し前向きにする商品の開発です。
血糖値に影響を及ぼしにくいお菓子。
そして、低血糖時に使える、安心できる“血糖値を上げる選択肢”。
必要としている人がいるのに、まだ十分な選択肢がない。
