Just started this podcast and have gone through the first four. I always enjoy the conversation that come from the books we have love for. As any good podcast l’m liking the chemistry between the hosts . I also love the added real life history lessons to understand the context of the era that it’s all taking place. Looking forward to hearing the rest.

Can’t recommend this highly enough, a brilliant run of comics and a knowledgable and positive commentary team that expands as it goes, never dropping focus, and covers even more titles featuring these wonderful superteam characters. So much insight, info and enthusiasm. Love it.
I’m catching up on this, and I got to the episode where Herm has left the podcast. That is a huge disappointment.
The best part of this podcast is the mapping of real world events alongside the comic stories. Aside from that it sounds like two random stoners giggling and rambling like idiots. It would work better as a one man show because Herman is clearly informed and interested but Billy contributes nothing of note beyond the odd “yeah” and I wonder why he’s even involved.
