Sorry, I have to disagree with Awesome. Doctor Lustig is an incredible resource at Levels and has vastly improved my understanding of our most up to date knowledge of metabolic function. It helps so much to understand the differences between “normal” ranges shown in lab reports and levels that are optimal for good. health. Keep up the great work, and thanks to every member of the great Levels team.
I love Casey and Calley Means. I think they have a good book and so well informed. I can’t stand Robert Lustig and immediately turn off if he’s on. I wish they’d remove him from the line up.
This is truly life-changing information. I’ve been listening for months after reading Casey’s book. I’ve been wearing a continued glucose monitor and can absolutely confirm that this info and hacks have completely OPTIMIZED my blood sugar. And blood sugar is something I had never cared about or monitored in the past because my bloodwork has always been “normal” but after actually monitoring it, my blood sugar spikes were a mess!!! But not anymore. Thank you!!!
I really tried to listen to this episode but the person doing the interview destroyed my interest by continuing to use the word “like”. Someone needs to talk to this person. I’m guessing she used the word “like” over 200 times. It’s very hard to listen. It’s a fascinating topic and I love the guest but it’s as though she’s “scratching a chalk board” with me.
