Super educational for me, as I didn’t come into running through a coaching or team atmosphere. Learning a lot. Also enjoy the world of running updates. Thanks A to Z!
This podcast is truly A to Z, in depth analysis of so many things that impact running. It’s weekly encouragement and teaching brought by both Zach & Andi, different yet One voice of running knowledge & enthusiasm. Always look forward to the next!
Zach and Andi are a wealth of knowledge. This is an encouraging podcast for all runners-experienced and newbies.
Absolutely love this podcast!!! I’ve gotten so much knowledge from Zach and Andy. With their help I’ve improved my times on distances from 5k to the marathon.
Listening to the episode from Oct 17, 2023 and I was disheartened by telling your listeners *not* to use a couch to 5k plan. Have you ever tried one? This is how I got started in running. It was a way to baby step into running without completely hating it. And would do it the same way all over again. I’ve been running for a decade now. How beginner runners would be discouraged from choosing this plan is beyond me. You’ve got to start somewhere.
