  • Advice I wouldn’t follow

Listening to the episode from Oct 17, 2023 and I was disheartened by telling your listeners *not* to use a couch to 5k plan. Have you ever tried one? This is how I got started in running. It was a way to baby step into running without completely hating it. And would do it the same way all over again. I’ve been running for a decade now. How beginner runners would be discouraged from choosing this plan is beyond me. You’ve got to start somewhere.
