最近密集地看了Trader Joe，Brooks，小米，知乎创始人相关的书、文章、节目。这些案例都是十几年甚至更长的案例，可以在一个相对长的周期里看到CEO是如何设计战略同时更重要地去践行战略的。有正面也有负面的。
对于我自己的反思就是一定要Walk the talk，知行合一。如果不确认或者无法自我说服，那就宁可停下来把资源hold住，不要为了做而做。
