  • Thankful

A gem of a resource! I found this podcast a year ago when I started having severe anxiety and multiple panic attacks a day. I searched the web for success stories and found Shannon. This podcast was instrumental in my recovery. It made me feel less alone and helped explain what was happening to me. When your struggling it can feel like no one understands and that you’ll never get better - this podcast will disprove both of those thoughts! Now a year later, I’ve created a healthy relationship wi... more

  • Grateful

I have had a lot of experience with therapist and therapy from ERP to EMDR to talk therapy etc. I was fortunate enough to have a 1:1 with Shannon and she was so insightful! I gained more from that 1:1 than many of my therapy sessions. Her podcast is incredibly motivating, vulnerable and a huge contributor to helping me navigate my disordered anxiety. Thank you for what you do, Shannon!

  • This podcast is a Necessity

I found Shannon’s podcast on the midst of something that re-triggered my ptsd. I had worked so hard to get through old traumas and therapy wasn’t helping. I started to face agoraphobia and panic everyday. I started listening everyday to old episodes as must say it really helped me get through lonely times. I’ve also taken a few of her masterclasses and am considering her AHP community! I give this podcast 10/10 made me feel less alone with what I’m currently going through
