  • relatable and humorous

I listen to a bunch of other ADHD-related podcasts, but what really makes this one stand out is that Sparky and Shell don’t exclusively focus on “hacks” or “tips and tricks” that may or may not work. Rather, they give themselves permission to simply rant about the struggles and also revel in the humor associated with having adult ADHD. It really helps me feel like I’m not alone on days where my ADHD makes me feel downtrodden and depressed.

  • Comforting and informative

These two have a a lovely dynamic and their judgement and care free attitude to the condition make me feel so at ease. Since diagnosis it’s been a great resource, learning about and forgiving past behaviour can be tricky but they make me feel less guilty about being chaos in the brain. Would really love a visual one too ❤️

  • Always relatable

Every time I feel like I’m such a loser this podcast reminds me - nah, I just have ADHD and it’s hard sometimes. Always entertaining and always comforting, even when the hosts are working through their own stuff. Highly reccomend to anyone who’s sorting it out for the first time or just wants to feel “normal” :)
