7 good minutes brought a lot of positivity and calmness every morning, and it’s really good to listen to because it gives you different perspective each episode.
I’ve been enjoying this podcast for several years now. In the morning, I would go for a jog and then listen to 7 good minutes while hanging upside down on my inversion table.
