Really great content with a super engaged host!
ziegl087 - this podcast is ALL local. The owners, chefs, foodies, creators of fantastic sauces, spices, beer, wine, booze and whatnot for sale, are all local to ALASKA. No chain restaurants here.
A fantastic, fun listen - where nothing is verboten.
Not for me. I expected something different (more like a history or talking to the locals), they talk to different restaurant owners and the like.
Great podcast really gives good information about Alaska and the great food there!!
I have never been to Alaska. Very much A place I want to visit!! These are the people i’d like to know about and support if and when I visit. A great way to get A better feel for the Community and people.
I love hearing interviews from local stores and business owners in the great 49th state. My only suggestion would be to maybe have a short intro/outro music. It would help then bring in a nice Segway into the conversation. Keep up the good work!
Having grown up in AK but now living in the lower 48 it is awesome to hear a show really showcases the amazing businesses and food in a challenging place to love and eat. Great interviews and love hearing the food business grow so much in The Great Frontier 👍🏼
