I’ve been listening to the 40+ Fitness Podcasts for a few years. I appreciate that the general theme of the podcast is straight forward, practical,and doable advice. Even when there are topics I think may not interest me I manage to glean a beneficial tip or just have a seed planted for a new way of thinking.
I love the experts. Allen brings on here. I can understand, and follow the advice. I highly recommend this podcast
