The voices she does for old men and Proles are very difficult to understand. I know they’re supposed to be Northerners or Cockneys, and obviously being an American she can’t do that kind of voice.
But her impression is so exaggerated that I can hardly understand it, and what’s more it is cartoonish and ruins the immersion. Had she retained her normal voice I could just imagine a Northern accent on top of it, but I can’t do that when I am just straining trying to comprehend her.
