  • This podcast nails what most people miss: mental toughness isn’t just enduring, it’s leading. • LOVE THIS PODCAST!!!

The Mental Toughness Podcast with Dr. Rob Bell is always thoughtful and practical. One standout episode is the conversation with Mike Brey, former Head Coach at Notre Dame and current Assistant Coach for the Atlanta Hawks.

The insights on learning under Morgan Wootten, trusting your gut, not overcoaching, and creating calm in stressful moments were especially strong. It’s an honest, grounded discussion on leadership and coaching that applies well beyond sports. Highly recommend this episode. :)... more
