Dr Bell’s podcast is the rare show that treats mental toughness as a discipline, not a slogan. I’m a former Army Officer from the 82nd Airborne Division with two deployments to Afghanistan so I’m no stranger to pressure, standards and doing the work when it’s uncomfortable. But what I love about this podcast is how it expands toughness beyond “gutting it through the suck.” Real mental toughness is becoming the steady person in the middle of the mountain, the one who brings others with them.
This podcast nails what most people miss: mental toughness isn’t just enduring, it’s leading.
