今回のポッドキャスト、とてもワクワクしながら聞かせていただきました。
佐宗さんの存在を知ったのは最近なのですが、きっかけは「仮説検証」という言葉を自分なりに深掘りしていたことでした。
これまで仮説検証というと、「課題に対してどう解決するか」という外側に向かうものとして捉えていました。けれど今回のお話を聞いて、これから大事になるのは、目の前の課題解決だけではなく、「自分たちはどんな理念で、どんな未来に向かっていくのか」を見つめることなのだと感じました。
AIの発展などによって社会が目まぐるしく変化する中では、課題を解決すること自体が目的化してしまうと、「それは何のための解決なのか」が見えにくくなるのではないかと思います。
だからこそ、外側の課題解決だけでなく、内側にある納得感や、自分たちの軸に目を向けることが必要になるのだと感じました。
これは会社や組織だけでなく、個人にも当てはまる話だと思います。まずは自分自身が「何に喜びを感じるのか」「どんな未来に向かいたいのか」を深掘りし、そのプロセスをグループや会社、事業にも広げていくのだろうと感じました。
