今天我們要講兩則《孟子》：「求其放心」與「反求諸己」。
這兩則篇幅都不長，但很能看出孟子思想裡一個重要特色：仁不是靜靜放在心裡的東西，而是一條需要不斷找回、不斷修正、不斷前進的道路。
放到現在來看，這其實也很呼應 SEL 社會情緒學習：能不能覺察自己的狀態、理解行動的結果，並且重新調整方向。
如果一個人不懂得「求其放心」，也不願意「反求諸己」，那他可能不是沒有仁心，而是停下來了。
