這集我們不只看字面意思，而是直接把范仲淹、滕子京、求文時間、重修岳陽樓的時間點全部排進時間軸裡，一步一步來比對。你會發現，文獻裡有些地方一對就怪怪的：
滕子京寫信請范仲淹作記的時間，和〈岳陽樓記〉完成的時間，中間似乎有些說不太通；再加上范仲淹當時的官職稱呼，也讓整個問題更有疑點。
