根據我在職場多年觀察,企業裡有很多是屬於吃自助餐型的人,他不是能力不好,他是不願意承接任務,或者只挑自己想做的事,那些吃力不討好的事,能甩多遠是多遠,面對這一類的職場同事,對照那些想把任務圓滿完成,能幹做事的人來說,是不是會感到極度不公平呢?當然,職場裡就會有一種人,看著你才華洋溢,工作總是主動出擊,積極快速達成主管交付的任務,心裡難免會嫉妒說:你那麼厲害,都給你做就好了,其他人就可以無事一身輕。

如題,語調很像演講,高低起伏很多,很像給小孩的兒童故事,沒有親切感,聽得很不舒服。內容部分,過於理想化,她認為颱風天員工要上班,才是負責任的表現,才是對公司有熱情,可謂宣傳有毒職場文化。
