現在，請你為自己找一個讓你感到全然安全、舒服的位置。你可以坐著，也可以躺著，當然也可以緩緩地散步著。
可以的話，請你放鬆肩膀，放鬆臉部表情，輕輕地，閉上眼睛，
把所有的注意力，帶回到此時此地，帶回到你的呼吸。
