正念動中禪
中華民國正念動中禪學會動中禪這個方法簡單易學，能讓人自然地學法。我們強調身與心的天性，身體經常需要動，而心也常在動中；大部份人，身動只是習性反應，並不知道自己身體的動作，心動時也不能看見自己的妄念。動中禪的技巧讓我們清楚知道每個身體動作，在日常生活中隨時隨地都在禪修中。就像佛陀所教：行、住、坐、臥每個動作都要清楚地知道，甚至是微細的身體動作和心念的流動也要知道。現在我們的動作都是習性反應，沒有帶著覺知，因為如此才無法好好地活在當下。 根據這個方法，如果能持續不斷正確地練習，直到覺性增強，覺性將能幫助你看清妄念。現在，大部份人只知道自己妄念紛飛，卻沒有辦法看到妄念，因而被妄念帶著跑，迷失自己。妄念是苦的根源，如果無法看清妄念，就不能解決痛苦煩惱。動中禪的技巧要我們先知道身體 的每個動作，以覺取代不覺，而後將能看清妄念，超越妄念。 如果想進一步了解動中禪或報名共修，歡迎造訪我們的網站： www.... more
