是不是別人害的
是不是環境太髒

你會發現一件事情：
衣服只是「髒了」，
但你的心，開始「亂了」。

錯綜複雜的人際關係蜘蛛網，我們要如何有智慧去面對？
很多人以為，人際關係的建立，是「多交流、多分享」。但如果你仔細觀察，會發現一個很真實的現象：
有些交流，越聊，煩惱越多。
有些分享，越講，情緒越重。
甚至有時候，一場看似很深入的對話，結束之後，雙方都更累。感情好像更近了，但心卻更重了。
而更關鍵的是，當下一次遇到同樣的問題時，煩惱依然如實出現，甚至更強。
為什麼？
因為彼此在交流的過程中，
不知不覺做了一件事情：
把情緒倒給對方，
也接住了對方的情緒。
表面上像是理解、陪... more
很多人在接觸佛法之後，會開始聽到一句話：
「要放下我執。」
但這一句話，如果理解錯了，反而會走到另一個極端。
有些人會變成：
我都放下了，
所以我怎樣都可以。
我不在意別人怎麼看，
我不需要配合任何人，
我就是自在！
表面上看起來，好像很灑脫，很解脫，但如果你用《楞嚴經》的角度去看，這裡其實藏著一個更深的問題：
那個「我」，根本沒有放下，只是換了一個更大的樣子。
這是什麼意思呢？
以前的我，
是在意別人怎麼看我。
現在的我，
是「我不在意別人怎麼看我」。

你這一生，其實都在「借」。
很多人一聽會覺得奇怪，我明明有賺錢、有房子、有資產，怎麼會是借的？
但你靜下來想一件事就好，你現在擁有的，有哪一樣，是你能「永遠帶走」的？
沒有，一樣都沒有。
所以佛法才會講一句話，很直白，也很殘酷，卻非常真實：「一切有為法，如夢幻泡影」。
不是要你悲觀，而是要你看清楚。你以為是你的，其實只是暫時放在你這裡而已。
先從最根本的來看。你的身體，是你的嗎？你有沒有發現，你根本無法完全控制它！你想不要老，它還是老；你想不要病，它還是會病；你想不死，最後還是要走。... more
