From Oregon…. My cousin lives up there, I’ve met one of you guests a few time and she embodied, to me, a true astonishment of how different live us up there from down here

  • Brian “where’s the bartender?” Cheney, Greg!

Your road trip show sounds fun, Greg! In all the years I barely knew you, I’d had no idea you’d worked at the Beaver Creek Westmark. I did TWO seasons there before Dawson…absolute HELL. Oh, the war stories we could have shared. Sorry for always handing you my columns on crumpled bar napkins! Katie (formerly known as The Bartender).

  • Fascinating and informative

I’ve been enjoying this podcast while researching a potential trip to Canada from Australia. I have a special interest in the indigenous cultures of Canada, along with how Canadian people live in what to me is a harsh cold environment compared to the hot, desert environments of Australia where I have grown up. I especially enjoyed the interviews with people such as Melanie Bennett and Ashley Cummings sharing their love and advocacy for their indigenous heritage.
