年末ロボットさんの話いろいろ。頭でっかち思考になると、単純なことも複雑にして、自分から体も頭も固めてしまう…年末の忙しさで、そんな状態になりやすい場面もあるかもしれないですが、できる限り、何事もシンプルに簡単に捉えていけますように…(^^)まっすぐ立つワークとウォーミングアップのワーク付き★
何回か話してるかも？ですが、いつも変わらずにホッとできる場所…サードプレイス的な環境からの癒しについてなど…お話してみました^_^ 耳周りのワークと全身の手あてのワーク付き★
セラピストになってから、ずっっっとお話したかったお話を手探り状態ですが、話し始めます。まだ、断片的な内容ですが、年を重ねるごとに身近になる話だったり、認知症との関わりも、人間関係構築にも、身近な人がコレで悩んでるというケースも、いろいろな枝のあるテーマです。いつまでも不調こじらせたらダメ！とか、そんな鬼セラピストなメッセージではないので、どうか誤解されませんように…笑笑
いろいろと溜め込んでいても、意外と気付きにくい時期…、ちょっと振り返って最近の自分の体、心、ケアしてみてください^_^最強、特に疲れてない！…というときにもセルフケアが大事…ということをあらためて感じた、かかりつけの先生からのお話をしてみました^_^ 眠りのスイッチを入れるワーク付き★
今の時期に大切にしたい呼吸と疲労感の感覚、それはもちろん健康であるために…なんだけど、日々の癒しにも繋がる…という個人的には大切にしてる食いしん坊のイイワケです^_^ 呼吸リセット、深呼吸、ウォーミングアップ、お役に立ちますように…^_^
