I tried to listen this with an open mind but it’s a bunch of word salad, should be called “just cheat it’s fine” absolutely terrible advice.
She thinks people should be proud of themselves in their infidelity situation and brushing their teeth in the morning. This is drivel and she is ok with people emotionally abusing their partners. This is how cheaters live with themselves- great insight into how their minds operate
Life is often imperfect, challenging and messy. Love listening to a nonjudgmental voice offering unbiased support.

Dr. Murphy has been one of the main reasons why I’ve been able to survive the toughest years of my life. For the first time I felt fully embraced even with all of my faults and shortcomings.
