Your explanation of a1C and thinking of the day in thirds is the best I've heard. Usually, a1C is by just a bunch of CGM or glucometer readings that somehow are translated into it. I think of your podcast as applied diabetes knowledge compared to the usual stuff.

  • So true!!!

Podcast is awesome! Sometimes a split second moment triggers a change in the mindset or mood when someone else is talking about it or relating to a topic that you’re, me is thinking about. Another one this morning. Do today what will get you ahead tomorrow instead of sitting on your fancy today and waiting for tomorrow. That shift in head space is my biggest 2024 win. Shout out to Kyra! A fantastic 2025 or December 30th for all of us.
