I’ve really enjoyed this until this episode. Tom’s disrespect to his clients and other coaches is really bad form. Disagreeing with other’s approaches but then going on to pretty much identify them is unprofessional and in itself reveals that his ego is at large. Talking about ANY client (however boring) in a public domain is unnecessary and undermines confidence in coaching relationships. I’m really disappointed.
Great podcast full of useful and practical information!
I’m also doing the course with Helen and Tom. It’s actually really lovely to hear them talk about the principles of coaching in an informal way. I only wish I had this 20 years ago….
It’s a great resource and even if you’re not planning on coaching as a career it will be of use to any work trying to implement change with our patients. Wonderful.

I’m doing the diploma with Tom and Heather - stumbled upon the podcast today and binged a few episodes. Really well put together and light - wonderful digest for anyone looking to coach medics. Halfway through the season and really enjoying it. Thanks guys. 😊
