I found this podcast early on during my pregnancy. I’m a FTM and had decided from the get go to have an epidural. I would listen to the podcast and roll my eyes when unmedicated birth came up. Fast forward to 36 weeks and now I’m planning to go unmedicated and I’m so thankful for Lori’s encouragement. I am not sure I would be so confident in my ability to do that without this podcast.
