  • Thank you for inviting!

I enjoyed or conversation about ACT and how it can help kids deal with their worries. I find your podcast very helpful both as a therapist and as a parent myself, who is always open to know more about various ways in which we can support kids in standing up to worry, offering them simple and practical ways to do that. Thank you!

  • What solutions?

As a mother with a 5 year old with anxiety I have found nothing on here that reflects the title of this podcast. It is also biased to mostly talking about teenagers. I’ve listened to it a year and still give up 15 mins into each podcast, there is no real examples of children’s behaviour there is no advice. If you want to know the names of books clinical psychologists have written this is the podcast for you but I’m not bothering anymore.
