  • Kristine Weber

I really enjoyed hearing Kristine’s perspective on the profession of YT, and encouraging us to be part of the paradigm shift globally and locally of helping everyone understand the complexity of what Yoga Therapy offers.

I also appreciated that both Amy and Kristine encouraged us to learn about the Yoga Tradition and then see how other frameworks such as the Polyvagal Theory fit into it, not the other way around.

Thank you Amy and Kristine 🙏🏽

  • Amazing show

I’ve been listening to this show all summer and really enjoying the conversations. I really appreciate the way you introduce sensitive topics before the conversation happens, giving the listener a choice to continue, pause or turn it off. I’ve never heard this on a podcast and it’s such a caring choice. Thank you for the work you do Amy! I’m currently in school for Yoga Therapy and this is a valuable resource. With so much love and gratitude, Catherine
