I have just recently become a yoga teacher myself, just starting out, trying to figure things out and this podcast has gave me some great insights, some amazing people to follow, really just opened my eyes to how expansive it all really is. Really beautiful podcast thank you for sharing 🦋
This is great podcast for yoga teachers or anyone looking to deepen their practice and find some community. It’s well put together. It’s always interesting. The episodes are a bit shorter compared to other podcasts I’ve listed to. However that doesn’t take away from the quality of content. I would totally recommend this podcast.
I’ve gained lots of teaching tips and advices by listening to this podcast. Thank you.

This show targets yoga teachers, trainees, and wellness enthusiasts by blending practical teaching tips with philosophy, anatomy, and business insights. Episodes frequently dissect sequencing, cueing, breath work, and mindful practice, while also exploring online growth, audience needs, and mentor guidance. A standout feature is the emphasis on actionable methods—like teaching strategies, metronome-paced breath, and relationship-driven marketing—that help educators run sustainable practices without sacrificing depth or integrity. The mix of philosophical context, scientific grounding, and real-world coaching makes it useful for both classroom prep and broader professional development.
