A practical, experience-driven look at becoming a confident, authentic yoga teacher. Episodes blend philosophy with street-smart teaching techniques—sequencing, cueing, class design, and career strategies—while spotlighting sustainability, student engagement, and nurturing professional growth. The host frequently ties ideas to her curricula, mentorship programs, and published works, offering concrete tools you can apply in studio life, privates, and trainings. A standout angle is weaving philosophy with actionable frameworks (like long-term mentorship, structured sequencing, and audience-centric class design), plus a transparent view into building a teaching career with clarity, balance, and compassion.
