    As a Yoga Instructor I consider Sage’s podcast to be my continuing education. Perhaps I have listened to each of the 100 episodes so far and have found something to take to the mat with me each time. Today Sage mentioned that Episode 2 packed a punch when she encouraged us to be consistent - to repeat rather than strive for a brand new class each time we teach.
