发起背景：
播主在14年前进入医疗体制，后离开，随着对于医疗更多的认识，开始真正认识大多数疾病是治愈不了的事实，起码在有限的时间内，医疗可以更多的关注人、关注生命，不仅仅是患者的生命，还有医疗从业人员的生命。
在疫情期间，为医务人员提供了一些咨询服务，我们看到，他们在面对疾病束手无策时的那种绝望、迷茫、怀疑，对自己价值的怀疑，对医疗体系的怀疑，对医疗本质的怀疑；我们看到，除了媒体报道的画面，背后还有更多的故事。然而，很多医疗人员在体制... more
